Information on the issuance of documents by accreditation organizations

Information #19 as of 2. 11. 2020

The Czech Accreditation Institute (CAI), as a member of the European Organization for Cooperation in Accreditation (EA), the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and also a signatory of multilateral agreements on mutual recognition of accreditation results (EA MLA, IAF MLA and ILAC MRA), is obliged to introduce documents issued by these organizations into the accreditation system of the Czech Republic.

In this issue, we also inform about documents issued by other organizations and about the expiration of documents.

In order to inform clients in advance about the issued and implemented documents of international organizations dealing with accreditation, CAI has prepared this information material, which is updated at monthly intervals. The practice remains that CAI accredited entities are informed via a letter from the relevant CAI managers.
