Due to FAQ from certification bodies certifying management systems, we would like to repeat the information that was also presented at the COSM seminar - IX/2020 and which is based on IAF resolutions and https://iaffaq.com/.
The transitional period can be extended by up to six months as follows:
- The scope of accreditation for certification according to the accreditation standard identical to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 is valid until 12 March 2021, this means that the transition period is extended to 30 September 2021,
- The scope of accreditation for certification according to the accreditation standard identical to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is valid until 29.9.2021, this means that the transition period is extended to 31 March 2022,
- The scope of accreditation for certification according to the accreditation standard identical to ISO 22000:2005 is valid until August 21, 2021, this means that the transition period is extended to 31 December 2021,
- The scope of accreditation for certification according to the accreditation standard identical to ISO 50001:2011 is valid until August 21, 2021, this means that the transition period is extended to 28 February 2022.
The transition periods in the field of product certification are as follows:
- The validity of certificates issued according to TD CFCS 2003:2012 / TD CFCS 2002:2013 is set until the date of the next visit of the certification body to the client (recertification/surveillance), which will take place after August 14, 2022.
- The validity of certificates issued according to DKP, version 2 is valid until July 29, 2021 at the latest.
- The validity of certificates issued according to DKP, version 3 is 18 months from the date of publication, i.e. from January 29, 2020.
