Information on MPA 10-02-21

We would like to inform accredited Medical laboratories that on 1 May 2021, MPA 10-02-21 will come into effect for the application of ČSN EN ISO 15189:2013 Medical laboratories – Requirements for quality and competence in the accreditation system of the Czech Republic. In this edition of the MPA, the information in ANNEX 2 has been updated, which concerns the scope of assessment of internal calibrations. References to the cited standards have also been updated. We recommend that medical laboratories study and, if necessary, use the stimulating information provided in ČSN EN ISO 22367:2020 Medical laboratories – Application of risk management to Medical laboratories.
