The Czech Accreditation Institute is postponing the date from which it will accept applications for the granting or extension of accreditation according to ČSN EN ISO 15189 ed.3:2023. The validity of the replaced version of the standard (ČSN EN ISO 15189 ed.2:2013) was set for 31. 12. 2025. Medical laboratories must therefore continue to apply for the granting or extension of accreditation according to this standard after 1.7. 2023. We trust that the change did not cause you any major complications. We will keep you informed of current developments on an ongoing basis and without delay.
