Czech Accreditation Institute, a public benefit corporation, is postponing the date from which it will accept applications for the granting or extension of accreditation according to ČSN EN ISO 15189 ed.3:2023. The validity of the replaced version of the standard (ČSN EN ISO 15189 ed.2:2013) was set for 31. 12. 2025. Therefore, medical laboratories must continue to apply for the granting or extension of accreditation according to this standard after 1.7. 2023.
