Given the fact that various questions have arisen in the past period regarding the requirements set out in the IAF MD28:2023 document, which obliges accreditation bodies and certification bodies for management systems to participate in the IAF CertSearch database, CAI has approached IAF with several questions. The response from the IAF representative confirmed CAI's view that the requirements are in line with the accreditation legislation within Europe.
