The resulting document Change List 01/11 to MPA 10-02-08, which specifies the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 15189 standard for multi-parameter examination procedures, the inclusion of a reference to accreditation on the examination request form and the specification of the examination name using the analyzer designation, was placed in the MPA Documents section. The comments sent were incorporated into the text of the Change List, their list and method of settlement are given in the attached table.
