1) The Commission concluded that lists of individual VOCs do not need to be included in the annexes to the accreditation certificate (procedure unchanged). However, these lists must be available in laboratories, must be managed and should be subject to review by expert assessors.
2) The Commission points out that the revised standard ČSN EN 12619:2013 "Stationary sources of emissions - Determination of the mass concentration of total gaseous organic carbon - Continuous method using a flame ionization detector" imposes new professional requirements on laboratories that laboratories proceeding according to this version of the standard must meet, which must be the subject of assessment of this test.
