Czech Accreditation Institute, a public benefit corporation (CAI), has terminated the provision of accreditation services for the purposes of notification in the field of conformity assessment of medical devices. Starting from 1 July 2018, CAI will not accept applications for accreditation, extension of the validity of the granted accreditation or extension of accreditation for the purposes of notification in the field of conformity assessment of medical devices. This notice does not apply to the scope of accreditation for conformity assessment of medical devices in the field of voluntary certification.
