CAI encourages its employees, collaborators and any other persons to report any conduct that may be in conflict with the binding rules or the values that CAI upholds. To this end, CAI has established an ethics line through which reports can be made, in accordance with procedural procedures and guaranteeing an appropriate level of protection for the whistleblower, as required by applicable legislation.

You can submit or track notifications on the website BDO ETHICS HOTLINE. In accordance with Section 9 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), you can also find the names of the relevant persons, telephone number and e-mail address at the same link. The obliged entity excludes the acceptance of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2, paragraph 3, letter a), b), h) or i) of the Act. The whistleblower is entitled to protection under the conditions set out in Section 7 of the Act.
Notifications can also be submitted via the external notification system at the Ministry of Justice, as described on the website. JUSTICE.CZ.
