SHARE data exchange system
A conformity assessment body interested in granting accreditation or extending the validity of an existing accreditation may submit to the CAI:
a) Application (form 11_01-P503), where the accreditation process takes place in the form of an administrative procedure
or
b) Proposal for the conclusion of a public contract (form 11_01-P504), where the accreditation process takes place according to the conditions specified in the public contract (VPS).
Both methods are equivalent in the accreditation process. More detailed information on performing accreditation using VPS are available here:
VPS – informative text.Request for extension of validity the accreditation granted is necessary submitted no later than 120 days before its expirationIf the application is submitted, or the public contract is concluded, after the specified deadline, it will be considered as an application for accreditation.
