As regards the review of CAI decisions, these are issued in administrative proceedings conducted on the basis of Act No 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure Code, as amended, and appeals are admissible against them. Who decides on such an appeal is regulated by Section 16, Paragraph 8 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll. according to the type of decision to be reviewed in the appeal proceedings.
