Peer review

The quality and expertise of the Czech Accreditation Institute is regularly reviewed every four years by the European Organization for Cooperation in Accreditation (European Accreditation – EA) by a team of international experts.

16.07.2023 Confirmation of EA multilateral agreement signatory status after evaluation in 2022.

09.05.2019 CAI 2018 evaluation results.

27.04.2016 Czech Accreditation Institute, a public benefit corporation, fulfills the requirements for a national accreditation body (CAI evaluation).

02.07.2012 It was published in the Bulletin of the National Institute of Medical Sciences No. 7/2012 communicationthat the Czech Accreditation Institute, a public benefit corporation, continues to be a signatory to agreements on mutual recognition of accreditation results in full.

The CAI successfully completed its first peer review (evaluation) in 1998.
Further peer reviews took place in 2002, 2006/2007, 2011, 2015, 2018 and 2022, all with positive results.
Based on the aforementioned mutual evaluations, CAI became a signatory to the Multilateral Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Accreditation Findings (EA Multilateral Agreement). 
CAI is now a signatory to the EA MLA in all areas of accreditation, which is evidenced by the Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Accreditation Results EA MLA.
